Social Worker Position

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to deliver high-quality practices and provide the best possible support to clients. The role involves:

1. Meeting individuals' needs.
2. Providing assessment, care management, and social work services to families.
3. Making referrals to other services and agencies.
4. Acting as an allocated social worker responsible for delivering statutory social work services to those who access or need services.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Social Work or equivalent.
2. Registration with Social Work England.
3. Completion of relevant post-qualifying training.
4. Satisfied enhanced DBS check.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
6. Experience in this role is essential.
