This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join our dynamic Court Team in Shropshire. With a hybrid working arrangement where you spend three days working with families or from home and two days in the office, this role offers both flexibility and challenge.   • Manage a diverse and engaging caseload involving Children in Need (CiN), Child Protection (CP) Plans, and Public Law Outline (PLO) Care Proceedings
  • Work directly with families to ensure the safety, protection, and long-term wellbeing of children at risk
  • In the Court Team, oversee a protected caseload of children involved in legal proceedings, ensuring compliance and advocacy in court processes
  • Collaborate effectively with a supportive management team and access resources across the service to enhance outcomes for families
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive plans tailored to the unique needs of each case
Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with appropriate professional registration
  • Demonstrated experience in Children in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
