What you will do:

  1. Conduct Community Deprivation of Liberty (DOL) processes and complete necessary paperwork.
  2. Perform mental capacity assessments (COP 3) and complete Best Interest assessments.
  3. Prepare Court of Protection statements (COP24) and submit COP DOL 11 forms.
  4. Collaborate with Rule 1.2 Representatives, families, service providers, and community organisations to ensure excellent service delivery.
  5. Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding the Community DOL process.
  6. Develop and implement reviews and support plans for clients.
