Job Title: Social Worker – Court and Locality Team

Pay Rate:

£35 per hour

Introduction:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their client’s Court and Locality Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and their families, in accordance with legislation and policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people, and their families.
2. Conduct assessments following regulatory guidelines.
3. Collaborate with agencies, children, and families in assessment and planning.
4. Manage complex caseloads while maintaining high standards.
5. Mentor and support less experienced Social Workers.
6. Develop care plans reflecting the views of children and young people.
7. Maintain detailed case records and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:
