We are currently looking for an experienced Children with complex needs Social Worker to join an “Outstanding” authority based in the Channel Islands. In this role, you will provide essential support to children with complex needs.

Because of this, you will be able to have flexibility across the team and be a part of a non-pressurised environment with a fantastic rate to go alongside it! As you won't be limited to office work, you will achieve a good work-life balance.

So what are the other benefits to this role?

  • Manageable caseload
  • Quality of service - we work when it works for you, not when office hours dictate (over 500 5* reviews on Google don’t lie!)
  • The UK’s leading ‘refer a friend’ bonus of £500
  • Solid work/life balance
  • Market leading timesheet system – meaning that Fridays are easier when getting paid!
  • Relocation Package up to £3000
  • 16% Pension

Support when moving to the island with housing.

With flexible working hours, you can space out the casework and have more ability to spend time with your family and loved ones. You can juggle cases in a more streamlined and efficient manner to produce high-quality work and conduct procedures in a less chaotic style.

As this is a statutory role, you are required to have a Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE.
