Who We Are Looking For

Are you a Newly Qualified or experienced Social Worker registered with Social Work England? Do you have a passion for improving outcomes for adults and seek a supportive environment that values personal wellbeing and continuous improvement? Experience with Transition, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health is desirable.

The Complex Care and Review Team

This small but highly effective team includes a Practice Manager, 3 Social Workers, 2 Social Care Assessors, an Occupational Therapist, and an OTA. We seek candidates demonstrating motivation, skills, and a passion for positive outcomes, working collaboratively and creatively. Knowledge of the Care Act 2014, current legislation, policy, and procedures within adult services is essential. The team takes a 'whole service/provider' approach, working closely with providers and commissioners to improve service standards, develop outcome-focused care plans, and undertake project work related to service-user needs and commissioning.

Candidate Requirements
  • CQSW/CSS/Diploma/Degree in Social Work or equivalent (Essential)
  • Social Work England Registration (Essential)
  • Enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check (Essential)
  • Understanding of social work statutory and policy frameworks (Essential)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and promote positive change
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary and integrated working
  • Assessment and support planning skills in line with legislation
  • Confident, energetic, sensitive, and resilient personality
  • Self-motivated with a passion for making a difference
  • Stress resilience
