Rate: Up to £34 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Cognitive and Physical Disabilities Team in Leicestershire.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Social Worker in the Cognitive and Physical Disabilities Team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough social care assessments to identify the needs of adults with cognitive and physical disabilities. You will develop personalised care and support plans in collaboration with individuals, their families, and other professionals while applying a strengths-based approach to promote independence and well-being. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, you will ensure the best possible outcomes for service users. Additionally, you will safeguard vulnerable adults by ensuring compliance with relevant social care legislation and maintaining accurate records to support decision-making.
Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work. You should have post-qualified experience in adult social care, particularly in working with individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities. Strong knowledge of social care legislation and experience in developing and implementing care plans are essential.
