Liquid Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate social workers to join our client in the East Midlands, specifically within the Children with Disabilities Team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced social workers to make a meaningful impact by supporting children with complex disabilities and their families, while fulfilling key safeguarding duties and statutory responsibilities.

About the role:

  • Complete assessments to inform care plans, including Children and Families, Risk, Parenting, and Sibling Assessments.
  • Develop care plans with respite support and behavioural strategies for children with disabilities and their families.
  • Support professional standards, develop specialist practice, and advise on disability-related cases.
