Social Worker - Children With Disabilities Team within Kirkby, UK, earning £38.24 hourly. An exciting locum job opportunity in the heart of Knowsley awaits an enthusiastic professional. This full-time role involves managing cases from Children in Need (CIN) all the way to Care Proceedings and Adoption, offering you a chance to positively impact young lives.   • Assess and manage cases from the initial Children in Need stage through to Care Proceedings and Adoption
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
  • Develop customised care plans and provide continued support and advocacy for the children and families in your caseload
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards
  • Engage with families to provide counselling, advice, and intervention as required
