What you will do:

• Assess and manage cases from the initial Children in Need stage through to Care Proceedings and Adoption
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Develop customised care plans and provide continued support and advocacy for the children and families in your caseload
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards
• Engage with families to provide counselling, advice, and intervention as required
