Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the CWD team in Barnet on an ongoing basis. The role is 36 hours per week with the flexibility of working two days in the office at 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans for children with disabilities, liaise with families, schools and other professionals, review progress and advocate for the children and families.

Experienced Social Worker within CWD (Children with Disabilities) Team in Barnet, earning £38.50 per hour.
