Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced Children's Social Workers at Level 2 and Level 3 to join a specialist Children With Disabilities Team on the South Coast. You will manage a varied caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in Care, delivering thorough assessments, safeguarding and child-centered planning, with supportive supervision and development opportunities.

Starting salaries are £45,529 (Level 2) or £49,817 (Level 3); permanent roles with flexible

Qualifikationen

• Significant frontline safeguarding Social Work experience.
• Experience managing complex children's statutory casework.
• Strong assessment, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work constructively with families and offer professional challenge.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Commitment to rights and outcomes of children with disabilities.
• Willingness to undertake Practice Education training.

Aufgaben

• Complete thorough assessments of children's needs, risks and strengths.
• Manage complex safeguarding concerns and statutory casework.
• Develop and review child-centred plans promoting safety and independence.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, schools and health professionals.
• Support families through periods of change or challenge.
• Provide clear analysis, professional recommendations and case direction.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and students at Level 3.
