Job Title: Social Worker - Children with Disabilities - Knowsley
Location: Knowsley (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £41,511 - £42,708 per annum (Full time and Part time)

About the Role:

Liquid Personnel are working in partnership with Knowsley Council to recruit a Social Worker within their Children Looked after Team.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will support children up to age 18 with learning disabilities, physical or sensory impairments, chronic or life-limiting illnesses, or multiple disabilities whose needs exceed what Targeted or Early Help services can provide. You will assess the impact of their disabilities and collaborate with parents and carers to develop tailored support plans. These may include Child in Need Plans, Child Protection Plans, Children Looked After (CLA) Plans, Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans, or Continuing Care Plans. Your work ensures that each child receives appropriate care and services to enhance their quality of life and development.

Qualifications and Experience:
