Are you an experienced and compassionate Social Worker with a passion for supporting children with disabilities and their families? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dedicated and supportive team in South Wales as a Social Worker within the Children with Disabilities Team.

Your Role:

As a Children with Disabilities Social Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring that children and young people with additional needs receive the support and services they require. You will work closely with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners to create meaningful, positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of children with disabilities and develop tailored care and support plans.
  • Work collaboratively with families to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings, Child Protection Conferences, and Court Hearings where necessary.
  • Provide expert recommendations and advocate for children and young people.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines.
