Job summary

Leaders in Care are currently supporting a Council in the South West to recruit for an experienced CWD social worker. You can expect flexible working and a long stable contract; prior experience is essential with complex disabilities knowledge.

3 days on site, two days flexible home working. You will manage a caseload of CWD cases including CP, LAC & Court Work, conduct family visits and collaborate with families and carers.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with registration to Social Work England.
• Experience with CP, LAC and Court Work is essential.
• 3 years PQE required for agency roles across England.

Responsibilities

Leaders in Care are currently supporting a Council in the South West to recruit for an experienced CWD social worker - you can expect flexible working and a long stable contract - prior experience is essential as this is a specialised and specific role where you will be working with vulnerable children and sound knowledge of complex disabilities is a must. - 3 days required on site but flexible home working is granted for the other 2 days.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Working alongside family/carers
• Manage a case load of CWD cases including CP, LAC & Court Work
• Conduct family visits and complete assignments
