Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people? Join a dynamic team as a Social Worker (Looked After Children) and help this council provide high-quality care and support to children in care, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and long-term outcomes.
Within this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of looked after children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. You will develop and implement care plans in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency teams to secure the best outcomes.
