We are currently working with an exciting authority in the East of England where the corporate team involves work in court and permanence, LAC, Leaving Care, and UASC. Within this role, you will work closely with the Children in Care team to help understand and work with children & families on the best opportunities they can pursue.
Within the role, you will ensure meaningful engagement with children and young people to reach aspirations of adulthood and help with relationship-based practice to leverage your strengths.
The ideal candidate will have confidence in implementing, reviewing, and planning interventions for children and have experience in permanence planning for Children In Care.
