• Manage a mixed caseload of Children in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care, including some court work, with approximately 18 cases.
• Provide effective, evidence-based interventions ensuring timeliness and impact.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment where some home working and flexible working arrangements can be accommodated.
• Engage directly with children, always ensuring face-to-face meetings unless COVID restrictions are confirmed.
