Falkirk Council is seeking Qualified Social Workers for multiple full-time roles within Children Services to join dynamic teams focused on empowering children and families. Successful candidates will receive quality supervision and opportunities for professional development, with hybrid working arrangements available to support work/life balance.
The roles: We have several permanent & temporary full-time opportunities for Qualified Social Workers within Falkirk Council Children Services to join our dynamic and experienced children and families teams. We are also offering sessional work for experienced social workers to support planning for permanence.

If you are a newly qualified social worker, we have a specific induction process and peer support group that will support you throughout your supported year. Falkirk Council offer a hybrid working arrangement of home/office. We are also open to looking at flexible ways of working including compressed hour arrangements to promote a healthy work/life balance. Job-share will also be considered.

It is essential that you hold a DipSw or equivalent social work qualification and are registered with the SSSC.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
