Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced adult social worker for their esteemed client. To be successful in this role, you must have SSSC registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work, and have post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and manage cases for children and families in line with statutory requirements and service policies.
  • Plan, deliver, and review care plans with children, families, and service providers, ensuring effective interventions and resource utilization.
  • Empower children and families by promoting their strengths and supporting independence and potential achievement.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners under the “Getting it Right for Every Child” framework to improve service integration for vulnerable children.
  • Prepare reports for legal and professional bodies, attend Children’s Hearings and Court, and maintain accurate records in compliance with policies.
