A local government body in Scotland is seeking a qualified Social Worker to provide a range of services for children and families. The role includes being part of a multi-disciplinary team and addressing the needs of looked after children. Candidates must have appropriate qualifications as recognized by the Scottish Social Services Council. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of £44,590 - £48,266 annually.

Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council on the Social Worker part of the Register and as such hold a qualification that is recognised by the SSSC as being equivalent to the Diploma in Social Work (DipSW).
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
