Children and Families in North Ayrshire are undergoing exciting changes. We are recruiting experienced Social Workers to join our redesigned Child Protection Team, which now supports families with one consistent team and worker. We use models like Signs of Safety and Safe and Together, and have redesigned our paperwork to facilitate collaboration with families and their networks. Our goal is to support child welfare and protection effectively, focusing on relationship-based practice.
Applicants should have experience in children and families work, completed five-day child protection training, and possess a solid understanding of the complex issues involved. To support our expansion, caseloads are limited to support quality relationships, aiming for no more than 15 children per worker. We are committed to making a positive difference in outcomes for children and families.
This role is a five-day week, Monday to Friday.
