Position: Qualified Social Worker Assessment Team
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £37ph
Contract Type: Full-Time and on-going contract

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Assessment Team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the team, ensuring that assessments are conducted efficiently and effectively within a timely framework. You will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality services, using your knowledge and experience to support individuals in need of assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessment experience in a front line team
  2. Ability to develop care plans from identified needs under CIN and CP
  3. Experience in court proceedings
