What You Will Do:

1. Special Guardianship & Connected Person Assessments: Complete thorough assessments for Special Guardianship and Connected Person applications.
2. Face-to-Face Visits: Plan and conduct face-to-face visits as part of your assessment process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each case.
3. Conversion Assessments: Carry out conversion assessments for carers seeking to transition to Special Guardianship arrangements.
4. Strengths-Based Approach: Collaborate with children and families using a strengths-based methodology, focusing on positive outcomes.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring that all assessments and reports are completed to a high standard.
