Our Assessment Teams are lively, fast-paced, and dedicated to ensuring children, young people, and families in our community receive positive, timely services. The work involves multi-agency collaboration, often under tight timelines, leading to quick positive outcomes.
We provide dedicated reflection spaces, monthly supervisions, holistic support, and opportunities for creativity in care planning. Our team is supported by Childrens Information and Advice Officers (CIAOs) and led by a permanent Team Manager.
We support career progression through a comprehensive Learning and Development team and the Cambridgeshire Academy for Reaching Excellence (CARE), which nurtures social care skills for various levels, including students, apprentices, and experienced practitioners.
Vacancies are available in our Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire, Fenland, and Huntingdon teams.
