Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking a Social Worker to join a busy Referral & Assessment Team in Brent. The role offers flexible working with mostly working from home, a structured caseload, and regular professional training.

You will conduct child and family assessments, carry out safeguarding procedures, and contribute to care planning within a small team model. The ideal candidate will have Social Work England registration, UK eligibility to work, post-qualification experience, and a degree in Social

• Manage caseloads based on experience and complexity, using specialist knowledge for interventions, assessments, care planning and child protection investigations.

• Complete child & family assessments and section 47 enquiries.
• Write SMART CIN, CP and LAC plans.

• £4500 Market Forces bonus split evenly across 12 months every year
• Manageable caseloads across all teams within a small team model
• Flexible working with mostly working from home
• Minimum of 10 days of training per year

Your duties as a Social Worker:

• Manage caseloads dependent upon experience, grade of post and complexity of cases, utilising specialist knowledge for appropriate interventions, needs assessments, care planning and child protection investigations
• Provide high quality casework and service to vulnerable children and families
• Complete child & family assessments and section 47 enquiries
• Write SMART CIN, CP and LAC plans
