Qualifications

Salary: £42,392 - £45,860 per year

The SW practitioners work within the CMHT in Oban which is an integrated team with health practitioners.

The CMHT provides a range of supports to those who are experiencing mental health difficulties. The social worker should have knowledge and experience of care management duties and legislation; Adult Support and Protection; Adults with Incapacity and the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.

A recognised Social Work qualification is required. It would be desirable to hold an MHO post graduate award, or be willing to undertake training in the future.
