Social Worker (Adults) – Portsmouth, UK – Ongoing (Full Time or Part Time)

Join the vibrant city of Portsmouth as a Social Worker within Adults, with the flexibility of Full Time or Part Time positions. This ongoing locum opportunity offers variety and an exciting pace of work, allowing you to make a real difference in a dynamic setting. You will play an essential role in a short-stay rehabilitation unit, requiring hospital setting experience. Here, you’ll be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, actively participating in board rounds and MDTs, while completing assessments in line with the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act. You’ll need to balance speed with precision, ensuring high-quality assessments and records. As a member of the Adults Intermediate Care Team, you’ll also benefit from regular supervision and reflective team sessions. Pay rate to be confirmed.
