Social Worker - Adults Safeguarding Team

What you will do:

• Conduct adult safeguarding enquiries, analyzing needs and risks while collaborating with multi-agency teams.
• Gather information from individuals, adhering to Making Safeguarding Personal principles.
• Complete capacity assessments and write detailed inquiries with recommendations.
• Participate in Care Act assessments, support planning, and Mental Capacity Assessments (MCAs).
• Conduct visits to individuals, with access to a vehicle, or manage some tasks remotely via phone or Teams.
