Liquid Personnel is seeking a Social Worker for the Adults Mental Health Team in Tameside. Applicants must have SWE registration, UK work eligibility, a degree in Social Work, and post-qualified 2 years experience.

Requirements for the role:

• Experienced adults’ social worker with mental health expertise and proficiency in Liquid Logic.
• Work collaboratively across disciplines, promoting a needs-based and partnership approach.
• Develop support plans, complete assessments, funding applications, and legal reports (CoPDoL, DoLS, 21a, court reports).
• Engage individuals with complex needs and support their families and carers under the Care Act.
