The Buckinghamshire Social Care Teams within Oxford Health deliver mental health social care support within a partnership agreement with Buckinghamshire Council.You can expect a manageable caseload of up to 25 active cases and supportive, approachable managers to guide you.

The Oxford Health Social Care Team in High Wycombe is a small friendly team made up with Social Workers and Assistant Social Workers. As a team we are hardworking and conscientious in our approach, striving to provide the best service for the residents of Buckinghamshire open to the Community Mental Health Team. We work closely with our mental health colleagues undertaking joint visits for a holistic approach in meeting the social care and mental health needs of individuals we are working with.
The team are supported by a strong and compassionate management team with regular supervision, reviews of workload, and opportunities for two-way feedback and appraisals.
