Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Social Care Assessments, Support Planning & Reviews
2. Carry out Safeguarding Enquiries, Risk Assessments & Protection Planning
3. Complete Mental Capacity & Best Interest Assessments
4. Prepare Court of Protection Applications
5. Conduct Carers Assessments & Reviews
6. Participate in NHS Checklist & DST Meetings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in adult social care
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory responsibilities
• Registration with Social Work England
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines

Pay Rate: £30 per hour (LTD) or 22.57 PAYE
