Social Worker for Adults - Doncaster - £32 Hourly - Ongoing

What you will do:

1. Carry out statutory duties related to adults, ensuring adherence to council policies and procedures.
2. Manage a caseload under the supervision of the Team Manager, offering professional social work support to adults.
3. Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and tailor care packages to meet those needs.
4. Engage in work with older adults, including those with mental infirmities or physical disabilities, to enhance their quality of life.
5. Collaborate with team members and other professionals to deliver integrated, coordinated services.
6. Build and maintain partnerships with various agencies, including statutory, voluntary, and community groups.
7. Participate in the office duty system on a rotational basis.
8. Utilise IT applications to input, record, and effectively communicate information.
9. Commit to continuous professional development and adopt new initiatives as required.
