Location: Hackney
Pay Rate: £ 32/per hour

Liquid Personnel is looking for an adult social worker to join their esteemed client’s Transition and Progression to Adulthood Team. This team supports young people aged 18-25 who have a learning disability or care and support needs under the Care Act.

Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
