Role Responsibilities
We operate in a hybrid model of office-based and remote working to meet service needs.

About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to join the adult sensory service, a small Kent-wide team with expertise in working with d/Deaf and deaf-blind individuals, including British Sign Language (BSL). Our goal is to empower those affected by deafness or deaf blindness to lead full, independent lives, focusing on the person and good practice.
We work with adults with various care and support needs, conducting assessments such as Care Act, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), Court of Protection applications, and s42 safeguarding enquiries.
Our practice is based on excellence, innovation, and meaningful measurement, emphasizing relationship-building with individuals, families, and communities to foster local support and empowerment.
About You
We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified social workers who meet professional standards, legislative, and policy requirements.
You must hold registration with Social Work England.
Strong literacy and communication skills are essential.
We seek positive, forward-thinking individuals who use strengths-based, outcome-focused practice, working collaboratively within a flexible, local team.
This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, but reasonable adjustments will be made for disabilities preventing driving.
