We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate individual to join our Adult Safeguarding team within the Local Authority Adult Social Care department. As a qualified Social Worker, you will have the relevant qualifications, skills, and experience to manage a varied caseload. Your responsibilities include working alongside individuals, families, advocates, and partner agencies to assess concerns, coordinate safeguarding enquiries, undertake visits, attend meetings, formulate assessments, co-produce safety plans, and prepare detailed reports for individuals and organisations such as the Court of Protection. You will demonstrate professional curiosity and evidence-informed decision-making.
