What will your responsibilities be?

  1. Manage a varied caseload, ensuring a strength-based approach underpins all assessments.
  2. Undertake risk assessment, safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity and Best Interest assessments.
  3. Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals, participating in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments and multi-agency forums.
  4. Ensure service delivery aligns with legislation, financial resources, and quality standards.
  5. Maintain accurate records, high-quality reports, and compliance with data protection laws.

Essential Requirements:
