What will your responsibilities be?

1. Conduct strengths-based and outcomes-focused social work assessments, engaging in preventative and informative conversations.
2. Manage a caseload effectively, balancing individual responsibilities with team demands.
3. Build strong professional relationships with local health and social care services to enable a coordinated response.
4. Contribute to a duty rota, providing urgent support for individuals in crisis while supporting team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
5. Oversee safeguarding enquiries, ensuring compliance with the Care Act and local policies to protect vulnerable adults.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work and hold a full UK licence.
