Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Adult Community Team based in Wirral.The pay rate is £33 per hour.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will support Health and Social Care delivery for adults/carers in Wirral. Ensure adherence to the Care Act 2014 and promote personalisation and inclusion. You will be required to embed strength-based and asset-based practices in service delivery as well as assess, access, and implement diverse social care services. You will also need to provide guidance, advice, and information to adults with complex needs and carers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Social Work England registration
