The role involves supporting individuals entering the service for the first time and those receiving support for their rehabilitation journey, emphasizing strengths-based and proactive prevention practices.
Applicants must be qualified social workers registered with Social Work England.
Please note: One post involves a 5-day week over a 7-day rota; the other is Monday to Friday. Flexible working options are available.
