Make a Difference for Children and Young People with Disabilities
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) Service in the City and South team on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave.
Our CWD Service supports children and young people aged 0–18 with substantial and permanent disabilities. Working as part of a close-knit multi-disciplinary team of Social Workers, Family Practitioners and Occupational Therapists, you will support children, young people and their families throughout their journey with Children's Services.
