Qualified Social Worker- Children's- Experienced

Pay rate 34LTD or 26.52 PAYE

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our team at Enfield Children's MASH. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated practitioner to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.

Job Summary:

As a Qualified Social Worker- Children's- Experienced , you will be working independently to undertake cases and demonstrate your ability to adapt your approach to complex or unusual cases. You will be responsible for assessing and managing risks, and working in a multi-disciplinary environment to create positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake cases independently, demonstrating ability to adapt approach from first principles
  • Assess and manage risks appropriately, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating with other professionals to create positive outcomes
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current legislation and the London Safeguarding Children Procedure and Practice Guidance
  • Be committed to relational practice, recognising and building on families' strengths to create change
  • Analyse information and understand families' experiences and contexts to ensure they receive the right services within the right framework
