A local government authority is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join their Least Restrictive Practice Team. Joining our Least Restrictive Practice Team as a qualified and experienced Social Worker, you’ll play an integral role in supporting adults with learning disabilities who are at risk of distress or presenting challenging behaviours. You’ll work in partnership with Behaviour Specialists to develop cross-agency solutions and manage complex care networks, to improve quality of life, by reducing distress and restrictions.

Your work-base will be the nearest available office to your home address, however countywide travel will be required.
