We are seeking a Social Worker with a range of skills and experience for a full-time, permanent position in our Thanet, South Kent Coast referrals team (Social Care Connect). The role offers a hybrid working model, combining office-based work and remote work to meet service needs.

Responsibilities include Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Act (MCA) Assessments, Court of Protection applications, and s42 safeguarding enquiries.
