Social Worker Recruitment - Canterbury Community Team

We are recruiting Registered Practitioners with a range of skills and experience to join our Canterbury Community Team. We operate in a hybrid model of office-based and remote working to meet service needs.

Benefits include a £3,000 Golden Hello payment (subject to criteria) and ongoing service-related payments.

About Us

Join our Community Team in Canterbury to enhance locality working, focusing on person-centred and best practice approaches. We work with adults with diverse care needs, handling assessments such as Care Act, MCA, Court of Protection, and safeguarding enquiries.

About You
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Demonstrates current professional standards and legislative knowledge
  • Excellent literacy and communication skills
  • Positive, forward-thinking attitude and strengths-based practice
  • Possesses a Full UK Driving Licence (reasonable adjustments considered)
