An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Social Worker for their Young People’s Safeguarding Team. At Peterborough, the Housing, Children with Disabilities, Adult Social Care, Legal and other teams are all easily accessed within a purpose-built office, which benefits from large river and green space views and a city centre location that is also close to main road and rail transport links.

Our team is part of an integrated service which means we are closely aligned with the Youth Justice Service and exploitation service. Our social workers work alongside a variety of people including police officers, health workers, psychologists, education workers, substance misuse workers.
(A lot of people, we know. This just means our jobs never get boring!)
Our evidence-based approach is restorative and creates a shared language and culture, where we focus on building relationships which support good outcomes for young people.
