Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Team Manager – Safeguarding Social Work in Oldham on a locum, full-time basis, offering an hourly rate of £46. You will lead a team of social workers, advanced practitioners and support staff, oversee safeguarding decisions and statutory interventions, and drive improvements in assessments, plans and outcomes for children and families.
