Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Team Manager – Safeguarding Social Work in Oldham on a locum, full-time basis, offering an hourly rate of £46. You will lead a team of social workers, advanced practitioners and support staff, oversee safeguarding decisions and statutory interventions, and drive improvements in assessments, plans and outcomes for children and families.

Qualificações

• Lead a team of Social Workers, Advanced Practitioners and Support Staff with strong management.
• Navigate safeguarding decisions and statutory interventions effectively.
• Drive improvements through high-quality assessments, plans and interventions.
• Chair strategy discussions and professional meetings for cohesive operations.
• Oversee Child Protection, Child in Need and Children Looked After work.
• Support the team through reflective supervision and development.
• Foster multi-agency partnership working across diverse networks.
• Ensure performance monitoring, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
