An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month secondment Social Work Team Manager position. We are seeking dedicated, motivated, and experienced professional to join our esteemed team.


As a Social Work Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of both experienced and newly qualified social workers, with the support of a Deputy Team Manager.
  • First Point of Contact: Oversee our Contact & Assessment Service, the crucial first point of contact for children, young people, and their families in need of social care services.
  • Champion Excellence: Strive to provide the best possible service by upholding high standards, driving forward improvements, and ensuring close collaboration with other agencies and services.
