• Provide weekly supervision and oversight on the children’s records.
• Ensure any risks are swiftly discussed and escalated with the locality team manager.
• Implement effective strategies to deliver high-quality services for children and families.
• Lead the team to achieve successful outcomes and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in social work with current Social Work England registration.
• Recent managerial experience, ideally within a role as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
• Extensive frontline experience in Children’s Services, showcasing your ability to manage teams and cases effectively.
