Job summary

Seven Group Holdings Limited in Gloucester is seeking a Team Manager to lead and inspire a social work team within the Children & Families division, delivering high-quality services to children and families. You will develop strategies, ensure compliance with national standards, monitor case progress, and work with multi-agency partners to safeguard and support families.

The role requires a social work degree and SWE registration, plus recent managerial experience and strong frontline Children's

Qualifications

Requirements for the Team Manager
